Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are inviting applications for the role of Violations Processor. This position is based in Culver City, California, and is part of the operations team. The successful candidate will display strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize web-based tools to process photo enforcement camera violations
• Maintain a high level of quality in work and meet production goals
• Handle other office/clerical duties as assigned
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and adapt the medium of communication based on issues at hand
• Exhibit professionalism and the ability to work well with different groups of people
• Show a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manage multiple tasks and meet all assigned deadlines in a rapidly changing and high-pressure environment
• Develop strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and learn to navigate a variety of computer systems/software
• Assist in the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Experience in operations and production environments
• Ability to meet and exceed quality goals
• Familiarity with computer systems and strong overall computer skills
• Previous experience as a processor is desirable
• Knowledge of ProFile and other web-based applications
• Experience with clerical duties such as photocopying and scanning documents
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software
• Experience in training staff or colleagues
• Understanding of violations processing procedures
• Ability to handle fingerprinting tasks efficiently
• Experience in a role requiring strict adherence to quality standards.
