Our Client is looking for Behavioral Technicians (BTs - ABAs) for opportunities located in the greater Springfield, MA area.
CLIENT HOURS
Client can accommodate part or full schedule between 24-40 hrs / week
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* It is required that you have previous experience working with autistic or behavioral children
* A Bachelors’ or Associates Degree is preferred. However, a high school diploma with relevant experience is also acceptable.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in ABA and Behavioral Modification as a Behavioral Technician in a dynamic state of the art approach to the industry. You will work under a BCBA in providing therapy in a 1-1 and in Group settings for Children with Autism (ASD) between the age of 2 and 21. You will be involved with a team in Assessing a Child’s Needs & Planning a course of Treatment; and Developing & Applying Training in Social Skills. You will also work with the children's parents in educating them to be effective partners in their child's custom-designed ABA Program.
Your service will be with the children at the center.
* BCBA will provide guidance and supervisory hours for those seeking to obtain RBT or Clinical Supervision if you are enrolled in a Masters' Program seeking to become a BCBA
