We are searching for a Payroll Specialist for our client in Vancouver, Washington. This role is critical in our industry, as it involves the processing of payroll for a significant number of employees and maintaining accurate payroll records. The Payroll Specialist will also be tasked with handling payroll-related inquiries and utilizing certain skills such as proficiency in Paycom and Microsoft Excel.


Responsibilities

• Handle the full cycle of payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Utilize Paycom software for efficient payroll processing.

• Regularly update and maintain payroll records for 200+ employees.

• Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a detail oriented and timely manner.

• Process both bi-weekly and weekly payroll schedules as per company requirements.

• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data management and report generation.

• Proficiency in Paycom software is REQUIRED

• Experience with Full Cycle Payroll is required

• Ability to manage payroll for over 100 employees.

• Familiarity with bi-weekly payroll processing

• Experience with weekly payroll management is desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
