Location: North - borough , MA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Shift: Standard Business Hours, M - F (40 Hours a week)

Contract Duration: 12 month contract with possibility of extension

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in manual data entry with a strong track record of accuracy.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to flag potential issues.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and follow tasks to completion consistently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive approach to resolving inconsistencies and improving processes.

About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator 1 to join our team located in North - borough, MA (Onsite). This role involves manually transferring data between databases while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency. If you have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual data entry from one database to another with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Check and update data flowing between marketing and sales systems, flagging and resolving discrepancies.

  • Prepare source data for computer entry by researching and compiling information.

  • Process customer contact information by identifying deficiencies and resolving them using standard procedures.

  • Maintain data entry accuracy by following established techniques, procedures, and policies.

  • Ensure completion of tasks with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues.

  • Follow all policies and procedures, reporting any necessary changes or improvements.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
