Inventory and Workforce Planning Coordinator

Compensation: $26-29/hr
Job Summary:
The Inventory and Workforce Planning Coordinator will oversee inventory management while supporting the HR team with workforce scheduling and planning. The role requires a balance of analytical skills and HR knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
Support workforce planning by maintaining schedules and shift allocations.
Assist in developing forecasts for workforce requirements based on inventory cycles.
Collaborate with supply chain and HR teams to align inventory management with staffing.
Prepare reports related to inventory and workforce planning metrics.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, HR, or business.
1-3 years of experience in supply chain or HR support roles.
Proficiency in inventory management software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
