Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Houston, Texas. The HR Manager will be operating in the financial services industry, focusing on various areas including employee relations, hiring processes, and compliance. This role will involve use of tools such as Ceridian and HCM, and will require strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the hiring processes to ensure efficiency
• Maintain open and clear communication lines within the team and the organization
• Execute compliance assessments and audits to assure adherence to administrative policies
• Handle employee relations and conduct investigations when necessary
• Utilize Ceridian and HCM for various HR functions
• Implement and monitor benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
• Manage and resolve any queries related to HR policies and procedures.• Proven experience using Ceridian software for HR management
• Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) tools
• Strong understanding of various Benefit Functions within an organization
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of Compliance regulations within HR
• Demonstrable experience in managing Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes and best practices
• Experience conducting Employee Relations Investigations
• Ability to develop and implement Administrative Policy
• Previous experience in Audit Compliance
• Ability to Assure Compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Competency to Assess Compliance within an HR setting
