Job Description: Soliant Education is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Magnolia, TX. This full-time, full-year contract position is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and skilled professional to support students' munication needs in a diverse and dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in conducting speech and language assessments.
  • Implement therapy plans developed by the Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Provide direct speech and language services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Support bilingual students in both English and Spanish.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support student munication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
  • Valid SLPA license in Texas.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
