Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to effectively implement BIPs.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
  • Stay current with best practices in ABA and relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working in educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the success and well-being of students.
