Inventory Control Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Accurately perform inventory transactions correlating with the physical movement of material
• Ensure proper completion and receipt of documentation
• Efficiently handle non-inventory receipts related to operating overhead expenses
• Conduct weekly cycle counts for new parts inventory and reconcile the results
• Manage returns of cores to vendors in Oracle
• Execute internal requisitions, follow-up on orders for other divisions and communicate the status
• Open, track, and maintain work orders associated with purchase orders
• Gather back-order information in relation to work orders
• File, track, and maintain vendor claims in coordination with purchasing agent
• Process transactions associated with warranty claims
• Prepare work orders for closing and perform pick releases as needed.• Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in clerical duties is essential.
• Hands-on experience with automated inventory systems is required.
• Ability to manage asset inventory effectively is a must.
• Proven experience in generating ad hoc reports is necessary.
• Familiarity with coding invoices is expected.
• Prior experience in the government consulting industry is preferred.
