About the Role: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Saugus area. This full-time position focuses on supporting K-12 grade students with behavioral needs, offering an opportunity to create meaningful change in their educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor BIPs effectively.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Analyze data to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
  • Ensure pliance with district and state regulations regarding documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in MA.
  • Experience working with K-6 grade students in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, munication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
