Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. The primary responsibilities include taking orders, prioritizing them, and ensuring timely dispatch. You will work collaboratively to manage parts, place them on shelves, and familiarize yourself with each product, tool, and item. Additional duties include scanning parts, counting inventory, and shipping parts to the correct location, ensuring proper packing and addressing.

Responsibilities
  • Take and prioritize orders for timely dispatch.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage and organize parts on shelves.
  • Familiarize yourself with each product, tool, and item in the warehouse.
  • Scan parts, count inventory, and ship parts to the correct location.
  • Ensure parts are packed correctly and addressed accurately.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in packing, picking, and material handling.
  • Ability to operate reach trucks and forklifts.
  • Strong math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail for counting and inventory management.
  • Dependability and punctuality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes.
  • Good reason for leaving previous jobs.

Work Environment

Openings are available at West Campus with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm. The work environment is clean, safe, and very organized, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and punctuality. The warehouse has a process for everything, and everyone works together to achieve common goals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester Hills, Michigan.
