Job Description:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis to support organizational goals and initiatives. Your primary duties will include:
• Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, including creating and updating templates.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling financial data.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborating with departments to develop cost analyses and project evaluations.
• Staying updated on financial regulations and ensuring compliance in all reporting activities.
Qualifications:
o succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, is preferred.
