LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HR Project Manager to support a global banking client. This is a 12-month assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years’ experience in HR, Salesforce and Workday and is comfortable acting as a business partner to an employee base. Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR project support to a specific HR population.

  • Support/manage planned and ad hoc projects as required.

  • Use sound judgment to mitigate risk and evaluate information received to form fact-based decisions, solve problems and make formal recommendations in a time sensitive environment.

 

Required/Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years’ HR experience supporting adhoc projects and acting as a business partner

  • Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Workday and/ or Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Banking industry experience is desired

  • Strong experience managing a database

 

Location: hybrid

 

Pay: $34-36/hr



Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
