Job Title:Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location:Columbus, OH

Position Overview:

  • Schedule:Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
  • Start Date:ASAP
  • End Date:End of the current school year, with potential for renewal.
  • Location:Onsite in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet each students needs.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support students progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom settings.
  • Document student progress and prepare reports for IEP meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations regarding speech therapy services.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active licensure as an SLP in Ohio.
  • Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
