Job Description

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest level of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned equipment.
  • Support the company's operating system.
  • Comply with all safety protocols.
  • Report production data.
  • Analyze data and production reports.
  • Set up and change over equipment.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in soldering.
  • Knowledge of schematics.
  • Electronics assembly experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to operate assigned equipment.
  • Participation in continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
  • Ability to analyze data and production reports.

Work Environment

We have multiple shifts available to accommodate different schedules. The 2nd shift operates from 3pm to 11pm with a differential rate of $21.50/hr, the 3rd shift operates from 11pm to 7am with a differential rate of $22.50/hr, and the 1st shift typically runs from 6:30am to 3pm with overtime starting at 4:30am, paying $21/hr. Our work environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
