You'll play a key role in creating personalized credit and debit cards, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with a supportive team.

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: 19 - 20.33 / HR.
Schedule: 1st and 2nd rotating shifts

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate various production machines to produce high-quality, customized cards

  • Adapt to changing production volumes with ease and accuracy

  • Perform quality checks to ensure materials align with job specifications

  • Organize and stage materials for pickup after job completion

Skills:

  • Basic computer data entry skills and fluency in English

  • Ability to handle basic math tasks to support job responsibilities

  • Physical stamina: stand for 95% of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance

  • Comfortable reaching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and bending as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment

  • Prior experience operating production machinery

Note: Flexibility is key—expect overtime, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.

Pay Details: 19.00 to 20.33 per hour
