Accounting Supervisor – Hybrid (Emeryville, CA)

Are you an experienced Accounting Supervisor looking for a dynamic role where you can lead and build a growing team? We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled supervisor to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including QuickBooks oversight and preparation for an ERP software transition. This position offers the autonomy to shape the department and drive process improvements in a supportive environment.

Position Details:

  • Location: Emeryville, CA (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office)
  • Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
  • Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting functions, including QuickBooks and the transition to new accounting software
  • Lead a team of four, with the opportunity to grow and build out the department
  • Implement process improvements and drive efficiency within the department

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience in a law firm or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting software, with experience in ERP implementation a plus
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team
  • Experience with accounting system transitions
