Job Title: Market Researcher (Remote)
Overview: We’re looking for a motivated, data-driven Market Researcher with approximately 5 years of experience to conduct in-depth market research for consumer products, particularly in the supplements and CPG industries. In this role, you’ll work on creating organized, high-quality presentations and decks, converting complex data into clear, actionable insights, and leveraging advanced AI tools to guide research outputs. The role requires someone who’s comfortable with large data sets and can work independently to transform research findings into compelling deliverables for internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to assess demand, consumer preferences, and price sensitivity within the supplements or consumer goods sectors.
- Work with the research team to formulate research proposals, create prompts for AI-based research tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and organize and structure the output for efficient analysis.
- Distill complex data into concise, impactful presentations and decks using PowerPoint, ensuring insights are visually engaging and easy to understand.
- Present findings to stakeholders, translating data into clear recommendations for brand strategy.
- Stay updated on trends within the CPG and supplements industry, applying these insights to enhance research accuracy and relevance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in market research, with a strong background in handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the CPG or supplements industry is highly desirable. A science background is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AI prompt engineering and comfortable using advanced AI tools to streamline and enhance research outputs.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently, meet deadlines efficiently, and stay focused on delivering high-quality results.
- Presentation Skills: Strong command of PowerPoint and other presentation tools to create professional, compelling decks from research findings.
Top 3 Skills Required:
- Heavy-duty market research and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge or experience in the supplements or CPG industries.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Additional Details:
- Hours: Up to 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Location: Fully remote.
