Position Overview:
As a CVOR Tech, you will play an essential role in assisting surgeons during cardiovascular procedures. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative surgical environment and is mitted to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and instruments are ready for procedures.
  • Assist surgeons during cardiovascular operations, ensuring sterile techniques are maintained.
  • Operate and troubleshoot specialized surgical equipment.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions and procedure details.
  • Adhere to strict protocols for infection control and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless, efficient operations.
  • Stay informed on advancements in cardiovascular surgical techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
