We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen in an upscale casual concept featuring steak and seafood. You must be upbeat, passionate, and have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role. If this sounds like you, I'd love to chat

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • Ability to manage $6+ million in annual revenue
  • Review monthly P&L statements and act on variances
  • Ability to successfully lead a large team & maintain brand standards
  • Teacher and coach mentality
  • Steak and Seafood experience a plus
  • Scratch kitchen experience
