We are seeking a diligent Financial Analyst for our manufacturing team based in Northern Cincinnati. As a Financial Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to extract data from our ERP system and convert them into structured reports. You will also be expected to apply your expertise in Accounting Software Systems, Data Mining Techniques, and Financial Analysis to provide valuable insights for our team. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:


• Extracting pertinent data from the ERP system

• Developing structured reports from the extracted data

• Implementing data mining techniques to enhance reporting efficiency

• Conducting comprehensive financial analyses using Excel

• Communicating findings and insights using PowerPoint

• Ensuring the precision and relevancy of the reports

• Regularly updating the ERP system for accurate data tracking

• Collaborating with the team to understand data requirements for reporting

• Applying knowledge of Accounting Software Systems to streamline processes

• Proactively identifying areas for financial improvement and making recommendations.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role within the manufacturing industry is needed.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is required.
• Strong Financial Analysis skills with the ability to create financial models and interpret data are necessary.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and graphs is required.
• Proficiency in presentation software to effectively present and communicate financial data is needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is necessary.
