Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company located in Mount Laurel, Nj. The company is in search of a collections representative on a contract basis. 

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

 Initial 30 days on-site required; subsequent work-from-home (WFH) option available Monday, Thursday, and Friday, with in-office presence needed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Schedule subject to change based on operational requirements.

 Responsibilities:
  • Extensive outbound calling
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) collections
  • Managing lease agreements
  • Direct and frequent engagement with Canon's clientele, necessitating exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in accounting and handling cash transactions
 Qualifications:
  •  A degree in Finance or Business is preferred but not mandatory.
 
Please note that the hybrid work arrangement allows for flexibility, with mandatory in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The ability to adapt to changing work schedule requirements and office attendance policies as dictated by business demands is essential.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
