- Outpatient: M-F 8a-5p
- Inpatient: M-F flexible 8 hour shifts
Both will have to work 1 Saturday a month for a half day – 8 am -12p
Must Haves:
- - Graduate of an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy - [South Carolina, United States] Physical Therapists
- BLS certification
- PT certification

Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is assisting a large Healthcare provider in identifying 2 Physical Therapists, 1 in patient, 1 outpatient for their location in Camden, SC. Confirms and interprets physician referrals for Physical Therapy Services and consults physician as needed for clarification or recommended change. Administers and documents evaluation and treatment plan appropriate to patient condition and diagnosis with regular reassessments during the course of treatment. Works closely with physical therapy assistants to assure the established plan of care is followed. Documents daily progress notes and discharge summaries and administers treatment according to policy. Performs patient treatment of assigned caseload per treatment plan; utilizing clinical judgment and procedures within the scope of Physical Therapy practice Re-evaluates and adjusts treatment plans and goals on an ongoing basis for each patient. Assumes responsibility of other staff members in their absence and assists them when caseload allows - Instructs patients and caregivers regarding safety issues, Home Exercise Programs, etc. as indicated.
The outpatient hours are M-F 8-5, the inpatient schedule is flexible M-F 8 hour shifts. Both will have to work half day once a month on Saturday.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy - [South Carolina, United States] Physical Therapists
- BLS certification
- PT certification
- Outpatient role can be new grad.
- Inpatient role needs to have 2-3 years of experience
