Job Posting: Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time (Northfield, MN Area)

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Strong background in behavior management and implementing behavior plans
  • Paraprofessionals and RBTs encouraged to apply; RBT certification preferred for higher pay range
  • Ability to collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth and development
  • passion, patience, and mitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for young children

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Caseload: Elementary School, providing support to 3 kindergarten students and 1 first grader
  • Duties Include:
    • Implementing and supporting behavior plans
    • Classroom assistance to promote positive learning experiences
    • Working closely with teachers to meet the needs of individual students

pensation:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $18 - $33/hour, depending on certification and experience
