We are in search of a Receptionist to become an integral part of our team in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and managing a multi-line phone system. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for all customers, ensuring they receive excellent service

• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate individuals

• Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Handle email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform daily tasks and organize files

• Use interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of company resources.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role or similar.
• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
