We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, bilingual Human Resources Generalist to play a critical role in supporting human resources functions, fostering team member engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for recruitment, training, and employee relations. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, experience with labor relations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Human Resources (HR) Generalist Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, including job fairs, campus events, and job board sourcing
  • Coordinate hiring processes, including pre-screening, interviews, and reference checks
  • Facilitate team member training programs
  • Maintain strong relationships with union members and assist with labor relations
  • Advise management on HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Assist with payroll administration and HR documentation management
