Inventory Analyst

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Project Analyst in Pittsburg, California. The role is within an industry where you will be responsible for tracking, forecasting, and reporting project costs and budgets. The position requires collaboration with project managers and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to monitor and analyze cost and schedule performance

• Assemble and communicate capital reports including actual, committed, and forecasted costs for all capital expenditures

• Facilitate project update meetings and working sessions

• Track and report electrolyzer cell assembly costs

• Expedite and track project equipment and materials, including following up on past due items for capital projects and turnarounds

• Participate in the development and implementation of project controls policies and procedures

• Receive and review daily contractor progress reports against schedule and budget

• Collaborate with project managers to close out projects, including purchase orders and project documentation

• Utilize SAP for purchase to pay processes and Excel for reporting and analysis.

• Must possess proficiency in SAP

• Demonstrated experience in business reporting is essential

• Prior experience in project control is a must

• Strong financial analysis skills are required

• Proficient in using Excel for complex formulas and data analysis
