HR Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR Assistant with 2 or more years of experience in Human Resources or Operations. This is an excellent contract opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on experience in HR, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the approval of all new recruiting and onboarding requests.
- Keep managers and vendors informed on the progress of recruiting and onboarding requests.
- Support the onboarding process by collecting and logging necessary information, completing contracts, providing first-day details to new hires, and tracking tasks until completion.
- Accurately maintain and update complex Excel spreadsheets, including formulas.
- Help create and update documentation for various processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and calendar organization.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel,
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in related field, or prior HRIS experience
- Minimum 2-4 years in Human Resources role

Salary: $23-27/hr
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
