Job Description

The Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing maintenance operations, with a focus on increasing operational efficiencies and reducing costs through continuous improvement programs. This is a management role that will rarely require hands-on work unless necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Manage work assignments for the team.
  • Provide preventative maintenance tasks that need to be completed each day to the team.
  • Develop continuous improvement programs to reduce operating costs and increase operating efficiencies.
  • Be aware of and comprehend performance metrics related to plant operations, using this data to shape activities to increase efficiencies and drive down costs.
  • Participate in weekly plant meetings with the production team.
  • Create preventative maintenance schedules for maintenance, process techs, and injection molding departments.
  • Develop plans to decrease downtime.
  • Manage 25 employees, including maintenance staff, mechanical engineers, supervisors, and planners.
  • Troubleshoot PLC issues.
  • Assist with maintenance on injection molding and tool/die when hands-on involvement is necessary.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • 8+ years of maintenance management/supervision experience.
  • Experience with plastics/injection molding.
  • 480V three-phase electrical experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • MIG or stick welding/fabrication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Engineering experience (preferred).
Work Environment

This position operates in a non-climate controlled environment. The shift is from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00

Benefits start day 1. Offer medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Also offer an HSA account that will match your contributions $0.50 on the dollar up to the following annual maximums.

This is a fully onsite position in Clyde,OH.
