Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet tolerance requirements.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to optimize efficiency and precision.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on lathe machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience operating manual or CNC lathes (preferred).
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
