Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. The primary responsibilities include welding steel and aluminum, mostly performing MIG welding, and basic metal fabrication. The role also involves reading blueprints and using drills, grinders, sanders, and other hand and power tools.

  • Using drills, grinders, sanders, and other hand and power tools
Essential Skills
  • Experience with steel and aluminum welding, including MIG welding
  • Experience welding in aerospace, automotive, or marine industry
  • Ability to read and understand prints and work instructions
  • Math skills and the ability to accurately use measuring tools like calipers or a tape measure
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High standards and a commitment to a high level of workmanship
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Schedule oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with TIG welding
  • Experience on other highly technical welding projects
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $48.00/hr.
