Warehouse Production Worker – Weekly Pay – Unlimited OT

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Sheldon, Iowa. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.

Location: Sheldon, Iowa

Pay Rate: $19 to $20 per hour (Based on experience)

Shift: Monday – Friday (11pm – 7am) 20 Hours OT Available Every Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
  • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
  • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
  • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
  • Open bales, crates, and other containers.
  • Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
  • Assist in counting of physical inventory.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
