About Us:
LSI Staffing is a leading staffing agency committed to connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Sioux City. No recruiting experience required. Role is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (few evening and weekend exceptions) starting wages $17-$18.50/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify qualified individuals for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to manage the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
