Truck Assembly Mechanic

We are currently seeking multiple Truck Equipment Installers to join our team. Our client manufactures and installs parts typically seen on service trucks, such as toolboxes and racks. If you have a passion for working on cars and are looking to develop your skills in mechanics, welding, and fabrication, this is the perfect opportunity for you
Responsibilities- Install service bodies, platforms, dumps, van packages, hoists, cranes, and PTOs according to blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Mechanic and Mechanical Assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint specifications and electrical wire diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Experience in MIG Welding is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Mechanical inclination.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes a shop with doors that are always open, leading to hot conditions in the summer and cold conditions in the winter. The typical work hours are from 7:00am to 4:30pm on the first shift, with occasional 10-hour shifts and some Saturdays required.
