We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Woburn Massachusetts. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across our team.


Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming support tickets, assess their urgency, and offer timely technical solutions.

• Manage the replacement of outdated user and lab computers, ensuring accurate configuration and necessary software installations.

• Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify their software needs and guarantee proper installation and configuration.

• Utilize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for efficient deployment of software and computer imaging, maintaining standardization across all systems.

• Provide reliable support for Windows OS, Office 365, and other software applications, focusing on proper setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Administer user/group management in Active Directory and Intune, ensuring devices are properly managed and users have appropriate access.

• Remotely manage servers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal server performance.

• Assist with networking-related issues, demonstrating familiarity with IDF and network closets.

• Work closely with team leads and stakeholders on various IT projects, including system upgrades and evaluations.

• Evaluate conference rooms, perform inventory, make recommendations, and present findings.

• Coordinate with vendors to get quotes and specifications for replacing old devices in factory environments.

• Balance a mix of ticket-based tasks and high-priority projects, effectively managing time and productivity.

• Communicate clearly and proactively, escalating issues when necessary and providing timely updates.

• Provide guidance and support to entry level team members to ensure overall team success

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Android Development.
• Experience with Cisco Technologies.
• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies.
• Proficiency in using Mac Computers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software and applications.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Apple Devices.
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Experience with Configuration Management.
• Proven track record in managing Deployments.
