We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Santa Monica, California. This role is crucial to our technology department, providing IT services and support. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for hardware and software support, inventory management, and supporting AI integrations with office products.


Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with users to understand issues, providing timely resolutions, and escalating when necessary.

• Evaluate and manage various end user situations and escalate to manager when necessary.

• Work effectively with other teams and management for responsive information feedback, escalation, and end user issue resolution.

• Provide comprehensive desktop support for MAC and PC users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.

• Administer and troubleshoot issues related to Office365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Provide support for Adobe Creative Cloud applications, addressing installation, authentication, and access issues.

• Utilize SCCM and JAMF for software deployment and management, ensuring smooth and consistent application installations and updates.

• Oversee general inventory management including tracking and maintaining hardware and software assets and desktop refresh.

• Assist with end user issues and support of AI tools with office products, ensuring seamless operation and user productivity.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and communication skills

• Ability to document technical procedures clearly and accurately

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting desktop hardware issues

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration procedures

• Proven ability to supervise and collaborate with a team

• Experience in making effective presentations

• Ability to research technical issues and provide solutions

• Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Azure

• Understanding of desktop integration and deskside support

• Proven ability to meet targets and enhance productivity

• Experience in travelling for work-related tasks when required

• Experience working with scanning equipment and software

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components and their functions.



This position will require the candidate to travel once a month to LA.
