Collect all components required for each assembly task
• Install bearings, bushings, and other key parts into machine components
• Assemble large and complex equipment made of multiple sub-assemblies
• Follow assembly drawings to ensure precise builds
• Inspect assemblies to guarantee proper fit and function
• Communicate any issues or delays to management
• Mount mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems onto machines
• Rotate through various production tasks and conduct quality inspections
- • Prepare finished products for shipment and maintain a clean, orderly workspaceinstructions.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly is required
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and assembly drawings
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to use drill presses and hydraulic/manual presses
• Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset
