Job Description:
VocoVision is seeking two experienced and dedicated Virtual School Psychologists to join our network for the remainder of the 24-25 school year. This is a full-time, remote position with a duration lasting until June 13, 2025. As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will work with a K-12 caseload, providing psychological services, assessments, and support to students across the district.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting virtual psycho-educational evaluations
- Providing individual and group counseling services
- Collaborating with school staff and families to support student mental health
- Participating in IEP and 504 meetings
- Supporting the development of behavioral interventions and academic accommodations
- Conducting crisis intervention and assessments as needed
- Providing consultation to school personnel regarding mental health issues
Qualifications:
- School Psychologist License in the state of Michigan is required (please provide a screenshot of your current license)
- Experience working with K-12 students (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Willingness to work with a diverse student population
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $43per hour; equivalent to $75k salary on a 10-month period
- Note: This rate covers direct and indirect services - no room for negotiation.
