Warehouse Worker

Forklift operators need to be able to operate a stand-up reach lift in temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit for long periods of time. They will use scanners to keep track of items through WMS software and may need to prepare these items by placing them on pallets, wrapping them, etc. Additionally, they will be responsible for loading or unloading trailers and storing or pulling products off shelving units.
Responsibilities- Operate a stand-up reach forklift in -10 degree temperatures for extended periods.

- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment.
- Must be able to use an RF scanner.
Work in a brand new, clean environment where all PPE (minus composite toed shoes) is provided. Employees receive raises after 90 days and again after one year. Perfect attendance is rewarded with credits and prizes, and you can earn back attendance points by volunteering for overtime.
Work EnvironmentWork in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit. The team consists of 30 members. Shift options are available: 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm - 6am).
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
