Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer for our client, a leader in the real estate and title industry. This role involves managing residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth closings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process residential and commercial escrows from opening to closing.
Review contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents for accuracy.
Communicate with all parties involved (buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys).
Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, and closing documents.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
Resolve issues and discrepancies that arise during the transaction.
Maintain detailed and confidential records of all transactions.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or in a related role.
Knowledge of escrow procedures, title regulations, and real estate transactions.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
