Position Summary:
Trident Health System is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contract Executive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to our executive team located in North Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle multiple priorities effectively, and demonstrates exceptional time management skills.

The successful candidate will manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential and time-sensitive materials. This role also includes assisting with office projects such as inventory management, filing, and arranging catering for events.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:

    • At least 2+ years of Executive Assistant (EA) experience in a large organization.

    • Proven ability to support 2-3 executives with complex schedules and multiple priorities.

    • Experience with extensive calendar management and resolving scheduling conflicts.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 executives.

  • Manage extensive calendar scheduling, resolving conflicts and prioritizing meetings.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and arrange travel itineraries.

  • Maintain confidential files and respond to inquiries regarding hospital policies and procedures.

  • Assist with office projects, including inventory, filing, and ordering supplies.

  • Arrange catering for events and assist with planning large functions/retreats.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, graphs, and presentations.

  • Answer and screen phone calls, greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Comfortable managing office-related projects such as inventory, filing, and supplies.

  • Experience arranging catering and coordinating event logistics.

  • Flexible, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
