LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a client of ours in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
Responsibilities:
Gather and input primary financial data for accounting records.
Monitor and enter payables to ensure discount deadlines are met.
Reconcile credit card statements and enter payables into the system.
Calculate and record numerical data accurately.
Verify the accuracy of business transactions.
Provide data entry and administrative support to the Management team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information with maturity.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
