Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling to students to help address personal, social, academic, and career concerns.
  • Facilitate group counseling sessions and workshops on topics like study skills, stress management, and career planning.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for students dealing with challenges such as mental health issues, family conflicts, or bullying.
  • Pay ranging from $35 to $45 an hour.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling or related field required.
  • Must have a valid Virginia License/Certification.
  • Candidates must be licensed through the school system.
