Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and positive guest experiences
  • Build and maintain a team-focused environment that emphasizes growth and learning
  • Manage financial performance, including profit & loss, food costs, and inventory control
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with staff, management, and vendors
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve restaurant goals and maintain high standards

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service setting
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and follow-through skills
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and guest satisfaction
