We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a temp to hire position located in Irvine. Position will be working onsite.

Must have experience working in a public accounting, bookkeeping or tax firm.

Pay $25.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on level of experience.

Staff Accountant Key Duties:

  • Will be responsible for handling the full cycle accounting for assigned clients
  • Prepare the monthly set up books and accounting records
  • Responsible for income and expense statements
  • Reconciliation of credit card, bank statements and loan statements
  • Responsible for generating the monthly balance sheet and P&L statements
  • Reconcile the current and long term liabilities, fixed assets and inter-company allocations
Staff Accountant Key Requirements:
  • AA or BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of full cycle GL accounting experience
  • Strong organizational skills and strong problem-solver
  • Detail-oriented and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent work-ethic
