Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions with the appropriate classifications
- Manage journal entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Provide monthly approval to the Fund Administrator for financial reports
- Work alongside outside CPA for tax filings
- Coordinate with external auditor on an annual basis
- Provide external payroll provider with requirements
- Ensure system records are updated routinely with accuracy
- Prepare reports for balances, draw frequency, portfolio summary, and additional reports as requested
- Offer insight on expense and income trends
- Process invoice approval and payments
- Handle all wires and ACH transfers
- Act as primary point of contact for the fund administrator and provide documentation to support financial activity
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, preferred
- At least 5 years of experience with bookkeeping tasks
- Experience with QuickBooks, highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent organizational and communication Skills
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Pay Details: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour
