Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is seeking a Bookkeeper for our client in Kirkland, WA. This is a temporary opportunity that will last at least three months. In this role, you will provide bookkeeping support as well as additional duties as needed. The team is small so you need to be comfortable handling a variety of tasks. manager is looking for someone with at least five years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Since they do utilize QuickBooks, they are preferring to identify someone with that software knowledge. Since this is a fully onsite role, free parking is offered.
Responsibilities:
  • Record financial transactions with the appropriate classifications
  • Manage journal entries
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Provide monthly approval to the Fund Administrator for financial reports
  • Work alongside outside CPA for tax filings
  • Coordinate with external auditor on an annual basis
  • Provide external payroll provider with requirements
  • Ensure system records are updated routinely with accuracy
  • Prepare reports for balances, draw frequency, portfolio summary, and additional reports as requested
  • Offer insight on expense and income trends
  • Process invoice approval and payments
  • Handle all wires and ACH transfers
  • Act as primary point of contact for the fund administrator and provide documentation to support financial activity
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience with bookkeeping tasks
  • Experience with QuickBooks, highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent organizational and communication Skills
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines


Pay Details: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour
