We are seeking a motivated and experienced Copier Service Technician Manager to lead our technical team and ensure the seamless operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the copier service team, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

  • Train, mentor, and support service technicians to enhance their skills and productivity.

  • Schedule and delegate service calls, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficiency.

  • Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues related to copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.

  • Monitor and report on service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and providing technical guidance.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and support company goals.

  • Manage inventory of service parts and tools, ensuring availability for repairs and maintenance.

  • Data entry into E-Automate system.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, equipment advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Copier Service Technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

  • In-depth knowledge of copier and printer repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software for copier and printer equipment.

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications from manufacturers such as Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, HP, or others.

  • Experience with service management software, particularly E-Automate, and tools.

  • Knowledge of networking and connectivity related to copier/printer devices.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 8-5.

  • Rotating On-Call schedule for afterhours and weekend emergencies.
