Caseload: Students aged 3 to 22 years old
Work Setting: Itinerant (7 buildings)
Collaboration: Work alongside other BCBAs and School Psychologists

About the Role:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in the Magnolia, DE area. This full-time position involves working with a diverse caseload of students with Autism across multiple school buildings. You will collaborate with fellow BCBAs and School Psychologists to implement effective behavioral interventions and support the educational growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on implementing BIPs and behavioral strategies.
  • Collaborate with school personnel to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding student needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and interventions.
  • Stay updated on best practices and current research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with students with Autism is essential.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.
  • Valid state license as required.
