Job Details:

School Psychologist Needed ASAP:

• Fryeburg, ME 04037
• On-Site Only
• Full Time or Part Time:Full time
• Start/End Date:as soon as possible until the last day of school or all responsibilitiesare completed(mid June)
• Hours:7:30-2:45 plus any IEP meetings they may need to attend after school
• Caseload:no caseload--share testing responsibilities with psychologist for reevaluations and referrals
• Grade Level:preK-12
• Disabilities of any students:all areas of eligibility
• Job Duties:evaluate students, consult with teachers, assist with crisis situations
• School Site(s):4 possible sites-2 small elementary buildings, 1 pre-k-8 school, high school (Academy)
• Any potential for this position to go through the summer or renew for the following school year:not through the summer but potentially for next year as well

Pay & Benefits

Job Description

• In-person | Interviewing ASAP

• Full Time Schedule

• Knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.

• Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students.

• Knowledge on Testing, Evaluations, IEPs

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters degree from an accredited school psychology program and successful completion of all assigned practicum and internship requirements
• Valid in-state drivers License and access to personal transportation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience and training in School Psychology

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter

• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district

• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
