About the Position: As a Physician Assistant in our orthopaedics specialty, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a talented practitioner who is passionate about orthopaedics and excels at providing both pre- and post-care. This full-time opportunity runs Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, offering you a balanced schedule that allows you to enjoy both your professional and personal life.

For those interested in spending time in the operating room, this role also includes first assist duties, providing an excellent chance to expand your surgical skills.

What You’ll Do: In this role, you will conduct thorough orthopaedic evaluations, focusing on extremities and spinal care assessments. You will interpret MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging studies to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans for our patients. Offering compassionate pre- and post-care is essential; you will provide the support and guidance needed as patients undergo orthopaedic procedures. In addition, as a first assist in the operating room, you will actively participate in surgeries, working alongside skilled surgeons to enhance patient outcomes. Collaboration is key in our practice, and you will work closely with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional orthopaedic care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A valid NJ license/registry (required).
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program with at least a year of experience in the orthopaedics/spine specialty.
  • Proven experience in providing pre- and post-care to patients in an orthopaedic setting.
  • The ability to read and interpret imaging studies such as MRIs and CT scans relevant to orthopaedics and spinal care.

What We Offer: We provide a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan to support your long-term financial goals. Our Employee Assistance Program offers additional support for personal and professional needs, and we ensure ample paid time off so you can recharge and enjoy life outside of work. You will thrive in our collaborative and supportive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and professional growth while being part of a practice committed to diversity and inclusion.

If you’re passionate about orthopaedics and eager to work in a warm, inclusive environment where you can make a meaningful impact, we wholeheartedly encourage you to apply
